Mascarpone Toast

Apparently I’ve been living in a black hole, because I have not been fully aware of the Italian cheesy spread, mascarpone, and how it can incorporate into daily non-tiramisu consumption. Holy moly, people! It’s so light, subtly sweet, creamy and mild, I want to put it on everything (including a spoon, and airplane it straight into my mouth). It reminds me of fresh homemade whipped cream, in cheese form. I’m really into toast lately, especially guacamole toast. Sometimes I don’t have enough buy generic viagra europe time to make the guac though, so this is an equally delicious, super quick alternative.  Cue, mascarpone!

Toast (I prefer Eziekiel sprouted grain bread, find it in the freezer aisle)

Mascarpone cheese spread (find it near the goat cheese & cream cheese)

sea salt

Toast your bread and spread the mascarpone on it while still warm. Slice your banana and layer it on top of the mascarpone. Top with a touch of sea salt. Quick, comforting and satisfying for breakfast or a snack. Enjoy.
