My latest morning ritual: Greek yogurt with all the fixins’. I try to eat dairy moderately. Except when it comes to Greek yogurt, I try to eat it every day, mostly because it’s a great (vegetarian) source of protein (~20 grams per serving!) and probiotics. And because Greek yogurt is simply amazing…everything tastes better with some Greek yogurt, in my opinion!

Here’s my quick & satisfying breakfast go-to, and makes a perfect snack too. I recently gave up coffee (again), and I must say the little bit of chocolate buy sildenafil citrate philippines chunks give me a great boost of energy in the morning. These measurements are approximations, feel free to add more or less of what you like best.

WHAT YOU NEED

3/4 cup of Greek Yogurt

2 tablespoons of goji berries

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

handful of smashed cashews or walnuts

10-15 chunks of dark chocolate

tablespoon of (real) maple syrup

THE INSTRUCTIONS

Put yogurt in a small bowl. Next top with all dry ingredients. Finish by drizzling maple syrup on top of everything. So easy, SO GOOD.
